Shipping policy

1 – SHIPPING

Products ordered by the Client will be delivered to metropolitan France, including Corsica, the continental islands, the French overseas departments (including Mayotte), overseas collectivities with special status, and the member states of the European Union.

Delivery times are generally between 3 and 5 business days.

  • Standard delivery (4–6 business days): €4.90

  • Free delivery for orders over €50

  • Delivery within the European Union (4–8 days): €6.90

  • Delivery to the French overseas territories (5–14 days) and the rest of the world: €9.90

⚠️ Delivery times may vary in cases of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, epidemics, war, etc.).

Products are delivered to the postal address provided by the Client on the order form.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding public holidays. Items are shipped in sealed packaging. Delivery is considered completed when the package is made available to the Client at the address provided on the order form.

Delivery is defined as the transfer of physical possession or control of the Product to the Client.

Unless otherwise specified or if one or more Products are unavailable, all Products ordered will be delivered in a single shipment.

Poster Swiss undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Client within the above-mentioned timeframes. However, these deadlines are indicative.

If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, for reasons other than force majeure or the Client's actions, the sale may be terminated at the Client’s written request in accordance with Articles L 138-2 and L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code. The amounts paid by the Client will then be refunded no later than 14 days following the termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or retention.

Deliveries are carried out by an independent carrier, to the address provided by the Client during the order, which must be easily accessible to the carrier.

When the Client chooses their own carrier, delivery is considered completed once Poster Swiss hands the Products over to the carrier, provided the carrier accepts them without reservations. The Client therefore acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the carrier to complete the delivery and that they have no recourse against Poster Swiss in case of delivery failure.

If the Client requests specific packaging or shipping conditions, duly accepted in writing by Poster Swiss, the associated costs will be invoiced separately, based on a prior written estimate accepted by the Client.

The Client is required to check the condition of delivered products. They have 48 hours from delivery to report, by email to poster-swiss@gmail.com, any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defects of the delivered Products (e.g., damaged or already opened package), with all necessary supporting documentation (including photos).

After this period, if these formalities are not completed, the Products will be deemed conformant and free from apparent defects, and no claims will be validly accepted by Poster Swiss.

Poster Swiss will refund or replace as soon as possible, and at its own expense, Products whose non-conformity, apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Client, in accordance with Articles L 211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and these General Terms of Sale.
